Your main objective as Cyolo’s Technical Project Manager will be to ensure that the Cyolo experience overwhelmingly impresses every customer during the evaluation and implementation process.

The ideal candidate will bring: 

  • BSc. or equivalent and 5+ years of proven experience in post-sales technical roles at a technology vendor, reseller or Systems Integrator supporting enterprise software evaluations and implementations 
  • Demonstrable experience with demonstration, configuration and administration of SaaS delivered business applications.   
  • Experience of delivering classroom and web-based user and administrator training for business applications 
  • Ability to understand complex customer environments, diagnose root causes of customer challenges, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver a wildly successful customer experience 
  • Experience with network security and identity access management products 
  • Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, Linux, network configuration and components (firewalls, routers, proxies, etc.), as well as AWS, HTTP Protocol, SAML, OAUTH, and Open ID 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • The proper self-motivation and strategic decisiveness needed to succeed in a rapid-growth start-up environment 
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and a systematic approach to gain quick resolution. 
  • Super organizational skills. 
  • 'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to do whatever is necessary to assist in closing a deal.
