Join our amazing R&D team as a Software Engineering Team Lead!
Cyolo provides industry-leading products to solve secure access challenges of the connected world, we're hiring a lead for the team that implements the core access protocols that form the bedrock of Cyolo's product.

What will you do here?
- Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 super-talented developers
- Build, hire and develop high-performing and empowered product teams
- You will be responsible for the agile process, technological guidance, and professional management of the team
- Hands-on development of features
- Collaborate with different team members on shipping new features in order to enhance the Cyolo product experience.
- Drive software engineerings best practices, such as automated testing, cross-browser testing, CI/CD, documentation, and more.
- Help build the culture and foundation of the full-stack engineering team as we seek to grow and evolve.
As Our Software Engineering Team Lead, You Must Have:
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- 5+ years of complex software engineering experience
- 2+ years' experience working with Client-side frameworks preferably React
- 3+ years experience working with Server-side technologies
- A passion for user experience
- Experience running, testing, and contributing to a complex front-end web application
- A proven experience with developing distributed architectures at a global scale.
- An understanding of how browsers work beyond JavaScript (e.g., HTTP, DOM, Browser APIs)
It’s Also Nice If You Have
- Experience with the Golang language.
- A good grasp of common web identity protocols: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, etc.
- A good grasp of common network protocols: HTTP, TLS, SSH, etc.
- Working knowledge of consensus algorithms such as RAFT, PAXOS, etc.
- An understanding of cryptography and PKI
- An understanding of the cyber-security landscape
