About The Position

Demand Generation Manager 

Join our amazing Marketing team as a Demand Generation Manager! 

We are looking for someone to help us with our mission to connect every entity in cyberspace easily, by providing an ID-based connectivity and access control solution. 

As our Demand Generation Manager reporting to our VP of Marketing, you will assist in the strategy, implementation, and execution of global marketing campaigns to increase our lead pipeline throughout the funnel. 

 

You will: 

  • Execute Cyolo's demand generation strategy to significantly increase pipeline across the funnel (from first touch to closed won). 
  • Initiate and optimize new campaigns across multiple channels including social, AdWords, search, email, webinars, syndication and more. 
  • Significantly increase the number of new leads and improve the conversion rate of leads within the funnel 
  • Fine-tune the target audience and apply relevant programs according to various aspects, such as the vertical, persona, use case etc. 
  • Plan and execute ABM & intent programs 
  • Track and improve KPI tracking and reporting across Hubspot, adjusting campaigns dynamically according to results 
  • Measure and optimize nurturing programs in Hubspot and with SDR teams 

 

As our Demand Generation Manager, you must have: 

  • 4 or more years of experience in B2B demand generation with proven results 
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry (advantage) 
  • Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot. 
  • Strong analytical and creative skills 
  • Hands on experience in running marketing campaigns – end to end – from audience match to execution, and analyzing performance and optimizing 
  • A proven ability to run a demand generation strategy in emerging market categories. 

 

As our Demand Generation Manager, you must be: 

  • A native English speaker 
  • An individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities 
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing 
  • Self-motivated and driven
