Product Manager (outbound)

About The Position

Join us as our first Product Manager! 

Cyolo’s mission is to connect every entity in the cyberspace easily, by providing an ID-based connectivity and access control solution.  

As our first Product Manager, you will mainly focus on outbound efforts. Your primary focus will be helping refine vision, strategy and messaging that differentiates Cyolo from others in the market - you will continuously educate the R&D and business teams on your customers’ stories and pain points and contribute detailed feature ideas to the product road map. You will also translate technical details into benefits for the user 

You will maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons: Research the market, the trends and the competitors and analyze the results in order to influence our go-to market strategies. 

You will work with marketing on producing case studies, customer videos, data sheets, battle cards and other sales collateral in order to help sales close deals as needed in the capacity of a subject matter expert. 

You will drive improvement for our customers through our products - you will understand the unique needs of each of our customers, evangelize the products and work with fellow team members such as R&D, marketing and sales to ensure that our products are making our customers successful. 

As our Product Manager, you have: 

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a client or customer-facing role such as management consulting, enterprise product management, marketing or sales. 
  • A technical background, preferably from the Cyber Security or Network industries. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. How you write your resume and approach us is a good indicator to begin with. A blog, article, or any writing is a huge plus. 
  • Experience with data analysis. 
  • Experience working on enterprise SaaS products. 
  • Experience with writing content – A strong advantage!
