About The Position

Join us as our first Regional Sales Manager - DACH -South Region

Your objectives in the role: 

  • Execute the Go-To-Market strategy in the DACH. Focus on south region
  • Build a sustainable pipeline and close revenue with and through channel partners
  • Work both direct and channels partners 
  • Meet and exceed targets


The ideal candidate will bring: 

  • 7+ years B2B experience with 2+ years in the Identity Management or Cyber Security industry
  • Experience of or familiarity with the Operational Technology market
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly 
  • Experience presenting to C-Level executives and an IT security audience 
  • Excellent work ethic and hunter mentality 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Business travel 50% of the year is expected
  • Ideal based in south of Germany or Zurich


Beneficial experience: 

  • Experience selling enterprise security solutions  
  • IDP, SSO, PAM, OT experience
